Pyramid Construction Services, Inc. served as the general contractor for several retail fitout projects located in the West Shore Plaza, Lemoyne.
The first tenant fitout was 15,000 square foot for Ritter's True Value Hardware store. The project included polished concrete floors, new office space, an expanded loading dock with roll-up door and upgrades to the existing restrooms and freight elevator.
The second project included the complete interior demolition of 3,000 square feet for the new Revamp clothing store. The perimeter walls were textured, the ceiling exposed and the concrete floors stripped, ground and sealed. Industrial lighting was installed for a warehouse look designed by the tenant. A new restroom and office were constructed at the rear of the space.
Pyramid Construction Services, Inc. served as General Contractor for the renovations and expansion to the Wine & Spirits Shoppe, West Shore Plaza. The project was completed in two phases. Phase I included a renovated storage area, a restroom, a new chilled wine room and a premium wine sales area. The second phase included a raised floor with a brass rail, HVAC system modifications and an enlarged office area. The additional space created the largest product display of its kind in the Commonwealth. The project was completed on schedule while maintaining their busy retail operations.
