- New Members 1st Federal Credit Union branch in Elizabethtown
- New 22,000 square foot medical office building for the Anchor Organization located on Adams Drive in Swatara Township.

PYRAMID CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC., a Quandel Enterprises Company, recently broke ground on a new 10,000 square foot office building for Laughner + Patel Developers LLC, located on East Trindle Road, Hampden Township.
The building will be home to AAA of Central Pennsylvania. Completion is slated for August, 2013.
